Not bad at all... No huge rebate meaning low OoP cost, no fan, maintains to 64-Bit, and holding reference clocks. A great low power card for HTPC, to boost older IGP /or Intel Craphics 2000, maybe add a DVI connector to a mobo that lacking, or even work a multi-monitor setup. Finally realize this is not for gaming, though it could run some older undemanding games, but if any considerartion don't think about it.

I think this is the 2nd time im saying this but CC is right. You are a smart guy. You nailed it. There is good value to be found in a card like this, at this price.

I think this is pretty good deal for low budget card- A little more $$ than the Geforce 210 but perform better. Great for HTPC, internet or business machine use. Besides that, you need to consider other cards.

i recently purchased this video card from newegg (probably same manuf rebate, but specific to newegg not superbiiz and no discount code) and it works well for my needs: dual digital head (hdmi & dvi), linux open source support (at least in ubuntu 12.04 alpha that i tried it in), low profile (with the brackets included), silent, not too hot (to the touch), and played nexuiz better than my 4350 (and supposedly lower power due to process shrinkage).

i'm probably going to purchase this deal too (in addition to the recent nearly identical newegg) to upgrade another computer if the previous rebate doesn't exclude this one.

^ generally both rebates will be valid so long as the other had a different offer code. Code on this one is ALT-5405
