Odd that the pictures on the Sceptre site don't show ANY HDMI ports.

On Target's site, the bottom ports aren't readily visible, but markings are present. (and the port order/content contradicts Sceptre's)

This price is for the 23". That's what the link takes you to. You can find reviews on WM for the actual 24", they are a mixed bag at best. Sorry Walmart, but if you want to sell these you need to have them on display in stores.
Also interesting is the picture they chose. Stretch to fit, instead of wide screen.
