I don't know if this is a bargain. In my neighborhood you can buy this for $50 or less and If you ask the seller if it's stolen, he's gonna tell you "no it's not" and that's what matters anyway, it's not stolen and it's cheap.
If you're getting a rather heavy, steel-framed cruiser I'd think it should at least come with (removable) fenders.
