Does anyone know a decent comfortable street bike brand or where to go for reviews?
^ That depends a lot on the budget and what you consider "comfortable" and "street bike", since it could be interpreted as a road bike, or hybrid, etc.
The Schwinn Miramar should be fairly comfortable though I'd just as soon have one without a front suspension, have aluminum rims to cut rotational weight, and having both the spring seat stem AND the padded seat together seem a bit like overkill... it'll help on the first few rides but after that you'd get used to it with only one or the other, if not neither.
As for reviews you might start here, though odds are they're going to favor the $300 and up price range:
