Why would I want to plug my computer into the car just to use the "power over USB" facility? Yes, I know this is a viable solution for recharging a cell phone, but recharging a car battery is another matter. The USB port is limited to somewhere around 500mA. A decent car charger will offer 50 amps. And this thing offers two USB ports in case you want to recharge your g/f's car too. I think they are being slightly optimistic. It might manage to keep up with the power drain from a car's clock, but to attempt to recharge the car battery would probably take forever.
Just remember all Moto fans: YOUR PHONE MAY NOT CHARGE WITH IT. Sorry suckers. Motorola has special chargers for certain versions of their phones and you'll have to pony up for the over-priced Motorola one.
This will burn your car down.
