CensusPC.com has the Scythe Kama Bay 120mm Fan for 5.25" System Cooling for $17 + $4 = $21 shipped. It is a huge fan that takes up an entire 5.25" bay to blast your case with air.

I wouldn't call 30.5 cfm "blasting" your pc with air. It's about as much as a good 80mm fan. However, it is extreemely quiet. Personally, I'd rather get a cheap 80mm fan for a tenth of the price. You could get a lot more cooling if you took your $21 and used it to buy a bunch of normal 80mm or 120mm fans.

First, it's non-comparable to an 80mm fan because 80mm creates more noise _moving_ that much air (opposed to a free-air rating).

You can't get the same cooling with other options because this mounts in the 5-1/4" bays and has a protective grill on the front. This is usually NOT a good thing, most people kinda like having drives in their drive bays instead of just a massive fan that, due to the front grill, looks nicely finished but has a far worse airflow as a result of that overly constritive front grill. The grill is bound to easily clog up with dust too, but letting that dust in until it's clogged which is the worst of both worlds- you'd be better off to have a removable mesh filter panel instead. That is, if you wanted to usurpt your bays for this at all.

It is overpriced though, the fan is equivalent to what you'd get on sale for about $4-6, and a plastic frame can hardly be worth more than $8-10 itself, and only then due to rarity, as unique parts just cost more because they sell in low volume meaning manufacturing/design/advertising/etc costs are a higher % of total cost.

Scyth makes crap fans in general though, so even if you wanted such a contraption you might be best off using a quality fan and implementing aforementioned filtered panel- but not just putting a filter on this thing as the flow rate reduction will be too severe.
