Speedy but noisy after few months with every day use. Stick with 5400 RPM driver for cooler and quieter operation or go with SSD driver if you have cash.

decent enough drive
A WD Scorpio Black 320GB is $86 shipped. So is it 40% better? Doubtful.
My previous experience with Newegg is they will throw this thing in a padded envelope and expect it to reach it's destination unharmed.
