That's a good price for the non-network storage model. This is a pretty good price for the network version. I got mine for $149 (Network version) around Xmas. I love it. I back up stuff for several different computers, can restore over the internet. The software is doughnut-ugly but it does what it needs to and auto backs up what I want. Great drive.
Note: Seagate plugs this thing as if it has built in wifi. It does not. It will work with your wireless router if you have one.
