    how is this a good price? put three of these together for 750 gb and it cost you 165. horrible.

    Yes, it does run warm. I've got one sitting bare on the desk hooked up to a USB adapter and it's too hot to pick up. I think that's part of the reason I've had to RMA 4 of these .10's.

    Next to a Maxtor, though, this thing seems like an iceberg...

    I have had to RMA a 300GB 7200.10 four times. The only thing I use it for now is installing games on and a pagefile.
