So is TD still a crappy vendor? They had a pretty bad rep for a long time but I wonder if it is still deserved.

so far I've very good experience with them. If I remembered correctly, their main issue was with rebates, but so far, I've received my rebates around 2-3 weeks after submitting, which is actually extremely fast compared to other vendors. But then, I could have been just a super lucky customer?

Their problem wasn't rebates with me. It was lying reps, telling me one thing before the sale and another thing afterward.
