#1...don't go anywhere near Dell for anything other than complete computers...their prices are high and I have had at least two separate orders cancelled by them because of pricing screw ups...my suggestion...stay away from them...rip off!

Right, I had a few times that Dell cancelled my order due to price error. So I don't even bother to look at Dell anymore Sad

#5 What BALLS??.. If they have any BALLS, They would honor the sales instead of canceling the orders.. They have nothing to offer except, angry alot of loyal customers. I been using Seagate for over 15years. I admit, Good drive. just bad Promotions..The only thing bother me alot is, They keep sending me aplogy letters telling me how sorry they are, and want to make it up to me, by selling me this crap, so they can make more money. the funny part is, I check the little box that say, DO NOT SEND ME ANY PROMOTION EMAILS DEALS during check-out, I guess they just don't give-up untill they get your hard earn money..

I own a WD Passport Elite 160gb. Paid only 60 bucks for it. Now, to compare to the BlackArmor I save 20 bucks..

I was part of the Dell 1TB and the Seagate fiascos. I think the one from Dell was intentional and the one from Seagate was just poor planning. I agree, Seagate should have come back to us with some real deals and taken it in the shorts, but I don't feel as slighted by them as I do by Dell. Seagate sporting a mom and pop storefront for an enterprise company is laughable. But Dell doing this time and time again indicates to me that it is part of their business plan and therefore sinister.

I can top Dell cancelling many orders. They f'ing charged my credit card a delayed interest charge on an order they cancelled. Are you kidding me Dell? I have been turned over to collections for $2.83 that is now $230. I refuse this act of knifing customers in the back. Thank GOD I am the purchaser for our company. IBM/HP can have the contracts.
