Great price if it did not involve a rebate, was not a Seagate, and had a 3 year warranty. Polish a turd and you still have shiii or umm. Seagate.
Same lousy Seacrap reviews as the rest of them. 99 5 star reviews, 45 1 star reviews on Amazon. Who buys something like that? Fools.
Horrible drives that have done countless amounts of damage to peoples computer all over this planet.
Odd that none of my Seagate Greens (including the prior LP series renamed as green) have given me any problems. I wish the reviewers gave more info like the operating environment, the running temperature and load vs capacity on which brand of PSU they were using for example.
My point is that junk cases and PSU sell all the time and somebody is trying to use them... might it be more common among people that suffer HDD failures?
