Newegg has the Seagate Barracuda LP ST31000520AS 1TB 5900 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive with Rosewill Hard Drive Dock for $80 with free shipping. Good reviews from Newegg users.

I don't know, but it doesn't look like that drive's gonna fit into that dock...

It is like getting the dock for free. the only drawback is that the dock only supports USB 2.0 and not ESATA. but if you don't mind the loss in performance then it is a good deal.

These are nice drives for the price if you can stand how loud they are! Ended up returning them both that I ordered for my ugrading tivo units. Ended up with the much quieter WD.

Okay #2, that was pretty funny. I bought two of these. The docks are nice quality.

Until two days ago Newegg had a 10% off coupon that made them $72 delivered.

Nice drive, I already owned one before picking up another days ago and they are not loud as #4 suggested, I only hear a faint click when they spin down to sleep. I have to wonder if #4's package was abused on the way there, on 'egg's reviews some customers indicate that one of the warehouses is shipping drives crappily packaged.

eSATA would of course be a bonus but for free you take what you can get, USB2 is well supported today and not so slow as to make you regret receiving it for free. lol.

Pretty nice since it comes with a dock so you wouldn't need an external enclosure or install it into your desktop, but I would get an external since it gives it protection or install it inside the computer.
