Look like Seagate is finally clearing out these 1 year warranty drives. They have a new series just came out that back to 3 years warranty. I'll pass on these Thailand Flood victim.
Flood victim or not, a 1 year warranty still makes $0.03/GB very tempting. As long as you're proactive and backup your drives (like momma said to) this is a screeching deal. I'd recommend running a pair of these in RAID 1--if you're really worried about the shelf life of these drives--for media storage with a 250 SSD as your main OS/apps drive.
not a bad price... BUT... why in the H E double hockey sticks is this a black friday deal if Bens Bargains says the price went UP $10?
Where is this at $90?
#1, if you click on the price history you will see that it was $90 on November 21 (2 days ago). I got mine, you missed out!

EDIT: Just checked Newegg, and they have restocked the $90 deal on this drive. Get it here:

MonkeyDude - you just saved me $13.13 (including tax), canceled the order with Amazon and headed over to Newegg. Thanks!
Remember that Newegg is often reported as not packing their drives as well as Amazon - typically just loose in a plain box.
1 per customer on the Newegg one. That just sucks. Wanted to make a NAS with at least 4 of them
