Honestly, my best price was $69.99 no tax. I am waiting for that price again to buy 4 for my NAS.
The drives you bought 2 years ago had 3 year warranty on them. This drive has the new profit improving 2 year warranty. They are not making enough profit by more than doubling the price that they have to reduce the warranty too. For the price they want now the drives should have a 10 year warranty.
And no one is going to call you, you forgot to leave your number.
To Seagate employee: If you knew Seagate like higher price and less sales volume- you have better start looking for new jobs. Since they don't need that many people to handle little jobs.. And they don't like to give you pay check either. Wish you good luck...
