Their "green" series is just the next generation of their "LP" series, IIRC the drives even have "LP" on the sticker still. Not that it's necessarily significant, some people bashed the last gen but I haven't had any trouble from them yet, they seem quiet, low heat, and even fast enough for general/light PC use as the OS drive...
... though many will disagree with that based on the "go for the highest number possible" argument even though it's mostly synthetic benchmarks that show a difference while most real world uses split up those milliseconds differences across a whole day to the point that the user never notices a difference. I'm just suggesting it isn't very relevant since the introduction of affordable SSDs into the market if performance matters most.
