This is actually pretty cool. Can be a low-end network store at home, and then grab the drive out and take to work or whatever.
It is. Trying to understand if there is a license fee difference between this and the Pogoplug device the 2nd year. They both use the same web hub service. It appears Pogoplug costs more initially but subsequent years of the hub service are free. Not certain.
Recently sold on Woot with absolute claim that vendor had abandoned all future charges, but uncertain if that was for this device of any provenance or only through Woot purchase.
