iPrint.com has a free basic self-inking address stamp for free + $3.79 shipping. Free shipping on orders over $75. They will try to get you to purchase upgrades, accessories, etc, but you don't have to. Many new address stamp templates have been added.

    bad deal, the stamp works for several time before it's dried out, very short life

    #6: yeah, mine came a bit loose as well, and got a bit crooked. I just peeled it off and restuck it in the middle again. Since then, I've been careful with it and it hasn't shifted again.

    If you're having a problem with that, just stick it in place with some superglue.

    The real problem you've got is not that it's crooked, it's that it's so short.

    I bought one of these a while ago (over a year). I use it for endorsing checks. It says "For deposit only in account x". Very convenient and I haven't had a single problem.
