I'm wearing a set right now... I've had them for about a 6 months!

Plastic tab on the headband broke on mine. Headphones still perfectly functional, sounds awesome. Problem is cosmetic, but I expected better quality from this.

If you don't mind having what feels like a vise clamped to your head in exchange for great sound quality and great ambient noise blocking, go for it. I've swapped it for another Sennheiser (with boom mic since I use it for VOIP) and sorely miss the sound quality.

great sound quality. i've had them for about 2.5 years and no problems. #3 should figure out how to adjust them, they don't feel like a vice...

if you have a larger head ... they can feel a little tight. Read about a guy who put his on his ATX case to stretch them out. Figured it was worth a shot and after two days of being wrapped around my computer case, my head thanked me!

Great sound quality with pretty excellent noise reduction - only don't buy them for traveling. I bought mine for flights to Europe and when you rest your head on the seat (if the can is touching the headrest at all) then the noise of the plane travels right into your ear... lame.
