Many audiophiles and review 'sites consider these among, if not THE best cans you can get in the $30 and under price range.

#2, input imedance is listed at 24 Ohms, you will need a (sound) source capable of higher than average current to drive these to a good bass level. PC sound card won't cut it unless it has a discrete output stage. Most portable MP3/etc players won't cut it either except at fairly low listening levels. Home stereo might cut it but on most they run the audio through current limiting resistors which kill high freq. soundstage.

Then again, Senns are usually targeted more for flat response than boomy bass so there is always the case where a pair of cans may not synergize well with the type of music you prefer.

Really good headphones. For the price you can't beat them.
