Comfortable, great sounding, entry-level audiophile cans. Suited for a wide array of audio genres, and a bit more soundstage than many making it well suited for gaming. A bit too large to wear out and about, but for home use there is arguably nothing better till you look at the $150 and up price range, though the smooth sound is less suited for rock than something like a Grado. The higher impedance than some (usually cheaper cans) means you may not get a lot of volume from a typical MP3 player, though still a fair amount.
Got a pair, love the fact that I can wear them over my glasses. Sounds great.
I've been using these for a couple years now. After going through multiple pairs of cheaper cans ($20-$30 variety), I finally got these and haven't looked back. These are an open design, so sound leaks in and spills out easily. I was watching a movie on the couch last night with these on and the wife sat down beside me. I asked her if she wanted me to put the sound through the speakers, and she said she could already hear it fine! Also, I've got a larger than average head, and these remain comfortable for hours.
Very comfortable, great sounding, and not very expensive for what you get! I use them for everything from gaming to listening to music and even watching movies and they do the job extremely well. I'm no hardcore audiophile, but these were a great investment for anyone looking for a good set of cans.
