Amazon with J&R has the Sennheiser MM 450 Bluetooth Multimedia Headset with Active Noise Cancellation (Black) for $250 with free shipping. Features NoiseGard 2.0, TalkThrough external microphone, and Bluetooth 2.1.
This is a very good price for this...I bought a pair of these headphones about six months ago and they're great for air travel...sound is excellent and they're easy to pair....have used them with two different tablets without issue. While $250 is still a lot of money, for active noise cancelling and Bluetooth connection they're hard to beat.
If you need some nice sounding bluetooth headphones, but don't want to pay a lot of money for them, check out the "Arctic Sound P311 Bluetooth Headset" at Amazon for $27 shipped. Sound quality is very good, the headphones are comfortable, battery life is surprisingly good (easily 10+ hours), has buttons for volume +/- and previous/next track, includes a built-on microphone (I've never used it). The headphones fold up for storage and include a carry case. The reviews at Amazon are very positive.
Surely not in the same quality category as the Sennheisers, but they cost $223 less. Assorted colors available, but here's a link to the black ones:

You have to remember that these Sennheisers are active noise canceling, so they really shouldn't be compared to headphones without that feature.
