I was thinking about getting these until I tried out the PX-100s. I needed headphones for sports/exercise and thought the PX-100s would be uncomfortable, but they aren't. I was playing B-ball with them on.

They have the same sound. I hear these get uncomfortable with the ear clips and the neckband is nonadjustable. Makes you look weird too.

I wouldn't recommend getting it here. It would seem like a good deal but it's got tax on it, so it jacks up the price.

the rebate form looks like it works for any store purchased. Doesn't say J&R Only . ???

These headphones are really really nice

The rebate works for any Sennheiser authorized dealer. Now, it may seem ambiguous, but it's most likely that Sennheiser doesn't want you getting it in a garage sale.
