amazon has these for around $40 (give or take $3 or so) with free shipping pretty much always, so this isn't just a super deal.
#1 is correct, but the product is really good nevertheless. We have two sets and use them for watching TV late at night. Excellent stuff. The AAA batteries are removable, which I think is better than built-in: you can always put or swap out rechargeables.
Amazon had a better one model rs-120 for $39.99 2 weeks ago.
