4lb density is probably still too hard. Lower density would be better if you're looking for softness. Tempurpedic's 5lb density is WAY too hard for most.

this is terrible. Last year I bought one and had to return it in a week. I've never had back problems, just thought it might be cool to have and comfortable. Instead, within 2-3 days my back started hurting.
