Overstock.com has the Serta Memory Foam 3-inch Mattress Topper (All Sizes) on sale for $130 - 7% off [Exp 6/30] + $3 shipping = $124 shipped. Buy a King and cut it in half to have two Twin sized portions. Made from 4-pound density rated memory foam, a rough approximation to Tempurpedic's 5.35 lb density.

IMHO, the best topper for the $$$ is the Novaform Choices Topper at Costco. Mine is still comfortable after 2 years. If you live near a Costco, they're about $20-$30 cheaper in-store than their online prices.

If you're new to a topper, let the memory foam piece sit on a clean floor for about 3 days to let if fully expand and air out before using it.

Re: overstock.com and the featured topper
Better hope they get it right the first time. I ordered one on the previous deal and they sent me a Full-size instead of a bacon (Box was even marked bacon). Point: I am a longtime customer, but Overstock's customer service has completely fallen part. It took 11 emails and 6 phone calls to get a pre-paid RMA. Sometimes they would blow me off, sometimes they would tell me thay had already sent it (?). Took over 2 months to get the dam bacon. Beware.
Also note carefully the size: a true bacon is 60 x 80. This Overstock 'Serta' (I'm sure) topper is like 54 x 78 and noticeably smaller than the Costco mentioned above.

Heh, last time I ordered one from Overstock it was only a 3lb.

Make sure you weigh this when you receive it to make sure you're getting what you paid for. The UPS slip showed 22lbs for mine and it weighed only 15lb (1/bacon than a 4lb, hmm!). It was a small box with no packing so that couldn't count for more than 1 or 2 lbs.

This happened to almost everyone...caveat emptor!
