My shark arrived today and it is DOA--no steam comes out of it at all, it just makes a repetative noise and then trickles out a little water.
DO NOT BUY THESE REFURB SHARKS! They're untested garbage. It's not even worth RMA'ing these units as the return shipping cost on such a large item makes it hardly worth the refund.
