I bought this TV for $800 January 09. Decent picture, speakers aren't great though. Good budget choice. I believe it comes w/ 1 year warranty. Only problem I've had is an HDMI port sometimes can be a problem, but I only use 2 most of the time so not much to complain about. It's only 60 Hz if you are concerned about that.
this is a good deal for ppl who dont care about LED, and 120-240hz

It's a decent TV for the price. It was $500 last month so this isn't the cheapest it's been. I have it and it has been worth the money.
120hz is nice for sports, but $549 is nice for the bank acct.
