Paul's sucks. Ordered a 55" TV on 23 May. Delivered last Friday. Screen appeared k when delivered, but when I powered it on later that evening, it was cracked. You can't see the cracks when the TV is off. I tried to return it to their store on Saturday. They don't take online order returns in the store. Called delivery company on Saturday during their business hours, but was on hold past their closing time. Left a message, haven't heard back. Paul's said to send them a photo of the TV. I did. Didn't hear back from them for two days. Today they say they need additional photos. What a mess.
Ordered replacement from Amazon on Sunday. They say they will set up the TV and power it on to make sure it is k, with no additional charge for this.
Hopefully you used a credit card and can use them as your stick to get your cash back. Yours is just one of many horror stories of cracked glass on costly TVs. I'm now paranoid enough that I'll be getting my 70" Sharp locally and even spending extra to have it delivered and turned on prior to signing off on it. Thanks for the heads up on Paul's less than stellar service/support.
