    Her parents already defaulted mortgage payment. No bank will let her family finance, even on a $100 tent.

    I think she'll go with the troll tent from Walmart that included some extras.

    I have had one of these for a few years. It is a good tent especially for this price. It is not free standing though so you are going to have to keep it staked down good. This is a small 2 man tent. It might get awkward with some one you don't know well. I share it with my wife so its no biggy.

    Yeah, good tent and a good deal.
    I have a big Coleman tent for the whole family, but I use one very similar to this on solo trips and it's been great.
    Like someone said, stake it down or at least put some heavy stuff in it or you may return from your climb/hike/ride to find it had blown away.
