Yes
Great little power supply.
Compwiz hates these I bet.
#2: no, actually this is a pretty good power supply. However, it isn't actually a 585watt power supply.
This power supply is actually somewhat of a surprise. While it is from Raidtronics, a company known for their bad power supplies, it actually works very well. It may be overrated some, I'm estimating it's actually a 500watt, but if you consider it at it's actual wattage, it's actually an excellent power supply as far as the quality of the output power is concerned. Also, keep in mind that it only has 360watts of 12v power, so there are sub-500watt power supplies that have more "usable" power than this power supply does.
As far as the quality of the output power, this power supply has the lowest ripple(noise on the power output) of just about any power supply out there, better than Seasonic, better than PC P&C. Of course, as long as the ripple is comfortably within ATX specs, it's almost certainly not going to cause problems, so while this doesn't really give you any advantage, the amazingly low ripple on this power supply does point to this power supply being well designed. The voltage regulation is also very good, with the 12v rail not varying more than .16V throughout it's load range. Unfortunately, the efficiency isn't all that great, ranging from around 74% to around 77%.
Overall, this is a nice power supply. As long as your computer can run with only 360watts of 12v power(most computers can, even gaming computers, but maybe not SLI'd 8800GTX's or Crossfire'd 2900's, and a quadcore CPU), this would be a fine power supply to use.
More and more PSes are finally coming with a 4+4 CPU (P4 w/+4 for SSI EEB "server") connector which makes it both ATX 2.0 and EPS12V compatible.
