it has been said that there is a problem with the start recording time starting 1-2 minutes late.
if you change the start time earlier then the end time will end earlier before the show is over.
You must be referring to another device. This is just a device to put TV streams on your network. You use software on your Media Center PC to control it. It doesn't even have a clock in it!
I have this exact device. No issues recording OTA TV using WMC.
