Bought a pair of these just last week off Amazon. Much much better sounding than stock iPod phones, but doesn't have the bass or overall sound quality of the v-modas, but then again they cost 1/5 as much. Has limited lifetime warranty covering "aggressive" hearing - not a bad deal, as the cords are sure to deteriorate within your lifetime.
My only complaint about these is that they *still* don't have any left and right markings. Sharpies rub off. Nail polish or model paint seems to work better.
Cheaper than butt-plugs ... and the wires help if they get lost on there ...
Hopefully they're no longer leaking credit card information.
#2 yes they do. It's located at the end of the cord.
#1, try the Meelectronics AI-M9. $17 to $21 shipped (check at Overstock). They are very, very good and not much more than these butt plugs.
These are great for cheap presents and giving to teens...good sounding but not the end of the world if they get lost.
I had a pair of these that I recently lost. For this price, I'll be replacing them...
