I'm not sure how the pricing works, but it looks like the game is actually $7.99. There is a "SkyDrift Extreme Fighters Premium Airplane Pack" listed for $0.99.
Not sure what you're looking at. Following the link, it's similar to a Humble Bundle:

Just going to chime in again and say I had no problem picking this up for the $0.99 and activating on Steam. Seems their payments are only through Paypal or Checkout, but once you're done the Steam key are in your account's Serials section rather than the Downloads section (makes sense).
