Have a relative that wants one .. haven't a clue what model to choose .. under 50 bucks.
Buy Sima.
Regardless of what you buy it will only last so long. They all have the metal frame construction, but there are lots of little parts that get damaged or bend which will easily change the flight balance and then the thing is going sideways and crashing despite your best effort.
Either way you get some hours of fun with it for under $20. If you want to do it outdoors there are bigger ones out there still for under $50. I think its worth it.

Get one with a Gyro. Easy for a newb to fly and less likely to crash.
