What is a "tactical" watch? Not trying to be a wise-guy here... but what is the feature/function that turns a run-of-the-mill watch to a "tactical" watch?

#2, non shiny and doesn't clink if you shake it would be my guess. Being able to brain your opponent by swinging it would be a nice bonus.
Being able to syncronize it with the rest of your team.
