I'd call that a deal, especially as I recently did similar with Samsung on a Amazon deal. Having gotten a new Panny BD player the end of last year for $150 what gives with all the over $250 and up BD player prices in this economy? Of course once you get the first player if you have more than one TV you end up having to get more players if you want to play the discs in other rooms. I refuse to and have not payed more than $200 for a player.

Although I don't think I can tell any difference but it seems like the bestbuy deal has is for an older model KDL-40V4100. The model Dell offers is $950 at bestbuy (without a blu-ray player) and around $900 everywhere else. So I think Dell deal is better since you get a free blu-ray player.

Not bad, but no QAM tuner built-in.
