does the "extendable snooze" shift the whole time/space continuum? or just delay the alarm to make u more tardy?
i was really disappointed with the last one that i bought.

If you indeed need a good clock, trust Sony.
#7 -- your kid needs a "flying alarm clock" advertise on this site and some others. It won't shut up until you catch a flying key, so your kid WILL have to get out of bed quick.

#5, "basic and cheap" describe the alarm clock, not the girl.

Got one of these at Target last year. Good, basic clock.

By the way, in addition to the "helicopter" clock as a means of getting lazybones out of bed, there is also "Clocky." Look it up on YouTube--it is a clock on two large wheels. When the alarm sounds, it jumps off the nightstand and moves about like a Roomba. Gotta catch it to silence it.

#7 if you need a loud alarm for your kid, get the Coby CRA108 at Amazon for $13.97. Has a big display with two brightness level settings and a LOUD alarm. Don't buy it for the radio as it doesn't sound good. Coby makes cheap stuff but I have had mine for 3 months without any problems.

I remember seeing this at Frys.
I think $11 is the regular price.
