Nice charger, charge 1 battery at a time with an LCD indicator, has a refresh function to bring back those batteries that refuse to charge, supports AA & AAA batteries.
When the plastic door breaks off just toss it. Also toss those Sony batteries & get some Eneloops.
I bought this about a year ago, no problems. The door unclips, just clip it back on in 2 seconds. The batteries work fine in my digital camera.
Leave the door off, cooler batteries are a good thing.
These batteries don't last that long after a full charge.
Sony hybrids are Eneloops but this isn't them..
hybrid only way to go; Rayovac 4.0 runs about $1.25 a battery.
