Anyone know a good wireless speaker system?
I'm wondering what people think about this system. I'm only looking for 5.1 setup.
I bought this open box from bestbuys for $200
great clean sound, easy to connect
good for small office/room 12'x12' max
Auto calibration is a bit weak
great price for a refurb
This is one craptastic system.
Muddled upper bass and lower mids..just like their Bose cousins.
Also hard to catch dialogues in movies at low volumes.
Well, what do you expect from tiny speakers by a manufacturer that has taken marketing seriously?
This system is ok for 'bass' music - pop and dance, trance and similar but terrible for jazz, blues, etc.
if you want good value for money within the $200 range buy any of the Panasonic SC or SA series.. They won't go as loud as this but they will sound a lot more articulate with movies and broader with music.
Aren't these new? How did you knew they're refurbished???
True #5. Sony style page does not say refurb.
I just chat with a sonystyle rep. She said all refurbished items will have the 'refurbished' description on the item page...
these are new. they have refurbed for $500 at the site. I have them and they are good for a small room and I hear the dialogue as well as the Tv could put out.
So No Highs No Lows must be Bose I mean Sony?
