Sony has been grinding out some seriously low quality crap in the last 5 years or so. Stuff usually works great for a few months, ok for the next year, then a capacitor or transistor explodes ruining it.

I'd prefer a camera with SD rather than the Sony stick...much more flexiblity with other cameras.
I agree. Sony makes decent cameras but you are stuck with sony memory sticks. sd/sdhc should be standard.
Bing CB will make it even better.
This camera has performed quite well for me, although I've only owned it a few months, and given that it was refurb, I am happy. image quality is actually pretty good, especially night mode is great!
#1 what are you on? I have never had a Sony fail on my yet.
