I've owned two of the Sony H-series cameras and used ALL of the Sony H-series cameras, and I was shocked at how little this one is. It's surprisingly pocketable.
DPReview suggests pretty good image quality, too.
I sure wish Sony would go wide angle, this one has a 38mm equivalent (one of the worst in PnS). The H7/H9 is 31mm (better, although not 28mm). I carry PnS' for those "quick scenery shots" where I can't haul my dSLR (with its 24mm equiv and 16mm equiv fisheye).
Abt is an old-line Chicago retailer known for good deals and good dealings. Buy with confidence. No, I don't know anybody who works there.
