Although these don't work as well in low light situations it has a very strong brushed metal casing that can take a beating if you want a camera that can just go in to a jacket pocket or purse without a case or worry of easy damage.

great deal, specially since the lens is by Carl Zeiss. I have one already and take everywhere without worrying about damaging it. You might think that 7.2 mega pixel is too expensive, but the truth is that this camera has an excellent lens. Get one if you can afford it.

I've had two Sony cameras and I've been very happy with the picture quality of both. I'd go for it!
