I love how Sony used to tout SIXAXIS as the 'nu wave' and basically said that vibration feature was yesterday's technology... and now look.
#1 = rodeo cowboy
Sony didn't put vibration because they were having trouble conflicting vibrations with the six axis sensor.
Don't put words in other people's mouths. Ok?
#2 actually you are the ram-rod. #1 is correct. Sony finally settled their lawsuit with Immersion and voila..baconmble came back. Get your facts right...loser
#3 == did you read what you just wrote?
you just justified my reason
Sony couldn't design a controller that implements force feedback with SIXAXIS while not violating any patents. The only way to design a controller was to use immersion's technology, or else the vibration feature would conflict with the six axis.
how does the lawsuit have to do with anything "yesterday's technology"
great going on making yourself look like an rodeo cowboy...loser
ok, there was a lawsuit and that's the true reason why sony didn't implement vibration first. sony's marketing decided to say that six axis was the new wave as a way to sidestep publicity about the lawsuit. so you're both right. now chill out and stop flaming each other. on another note, 47 dollars is sorta steep...really it's not worth that much...well maybe after accounting for the lawsuit, but that's making consumers pay for it...
I'm a big fan of this new controller. Good price too.
