    Although it's Circuit City, it's actually part of TigerDirect. Just like CompUSA.

    Stay away from this product got a similar one. Product stopped syncing did all troubleshooting steps then was told I'd have to be billed $65 for labor, parts are free under warranty. burp Sony. For all the baconnaise that gets talked about Apple here buy an ipod that breaks in a year you'll get a replacement 90 percent of the time.

    idk why your sync stopped working.. this mp3 player has proven quite worthy to me..

    I've had one of these from the previous gen. for about three years now. Sounds great, and never had any trouble syncing, but I agree that dealing with Sony when it comes to repairs is painful.
