nope doesn't do PS2 games but the network you can download them. It's only $5 for most PS1 & PS2 games. But hey you can network this with you computer and use TVersity and watch movies and view your photos. Also I have it to stream all my MP3's all 400 GB worth. Great system and brings me a lot of entertainment. Me & my girlfriend use mine everyday.

#2 - Can we assume those 400 gigs of songs came from legally purchased CD's?

I am looking for something to replace my Xbox/XBMC combo. I too play mp3's (way less than 400GB), pictures, and movies from a NAS. It can't do HD though, can this?

bclinton I have all 2500 CD in storage so yeap they are legally purchased. Max this plays HD video in full 1080p if you have it on the hard disk or an external hard drive. But streaming it through Tversity will tax your computer, well it does mine but it's only 2.8 P4 way outdated. But I've been told it does good with quad cores.

I switched over to ps3mediaserver. TVersity had a tendency to get "stuck" at 100% CPU after streaming something. I also didn't like having to tell it to refresh the library.
