Best Buy has the Sony Playstation 3 Universal Active 3D Glasses (98079) for $20 with free shipping. Compatible with Active 3D TVs (Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, and Sharp Active Shutter 3D ready displays). Going for $35 and up elsewhere.
Purchased a pair at local store over the weekend and ordered a second pair online. I found these to be better than the newer style (titanium) but better than the original BR250 series. For $20, not a bad deal. Not worth the original $75 plus as originally priced IMHO.
I keep seeing these "Universal Active" glasses advertised, but apparently the makers are universally challenged about what "universal" stands for. DLP-Link TV's are "active shutter" as well, but these glasses will not work with that system. Nor will they work with the newer active system utilized by Panasonic.
These glasses sync using Infrared (IR), and are NOT compatible with TVs that use Bluetooth!

In other words - they are NOT "universal".
