Got mine on Saturday, pretty ratty shape for a refurb - light scratches on the screen, faceplate seperating from the body, back silver ring around the PSP emblem is really banged up. Works fine, gonna call the number and start arguing though - they need to at least have a grading scale and specify "Scratch and Dent" rather than refurb
that sounds like it's not meeting the refurb standard. i was considering buying one, until i read #10. thanks #10.
