    Got mine on Saturday, pretty ratty shape for a refurb - light scratches on the screen, faceplate seperating from the body, back silver ring around the PSP emblem is really banged up. Works fine, gonna call the number and start arguing though - they need to at least have a grading scale and specify "Scratch and Dent" rather than refurb

    Meh....I dont mind it being a little scuffed up, like I said it works fine.

    Computer Geeks as crappy as they are about some things, at least thier laptops and have a a-c or whatever rating system. I dont think I was ripped, just food for thought on wether to do business with them again.

    What the hell, most of my cool crap comes from Goodwill and Value Village...LOL

    don't buy. i'd only buy refurb stuff if it comes directly from the manufacturer. through a retailer, no no.
