I bought this PSP from eCost.
They sent me a beat up, clearly used PSP with a scratched screen.
When I tried to return it, they referred me to SONY.
I spent time on the phone with them and never got phonecalls back from them as promised.
Then never replaced the unit. Their policy is - NO REFUNDS.
They have a 1.64/10 rating on resellersratings.

#1, when you buy a refurb you should expect some cosmetic damage. If you get a unit without any cosmetic damage consider yourself lucky. If that is not acceptable then don't risk buying a refurb. This is why I mostly stay away from refurbs.
